How it All Works

As a Certiport Authorized Testing Center, we proctor a variety of exams to enhance your resume!​​​

  • Exams are delivered virtually. You will need a webcam, microphone and speakers to connect to a Zoom meeting during exam session. Most people use their phone for this.
     

  • Retake option allows you to rewrite the same exam within 30 days if you don't get a passing grade (700/1000) the first time around.
     

  • We strongly encourage you to consider getting the CertPrep practice exam powered by Gmetrix to help you prepare for your exam. The Full Suite comes with tests for all the exams in that certification series or if you prefer you can buy an individual  single title.

What to Expect on Exam Day

  • You will receive an email a few days before your exam with the links that you will need to access the Zoom meeting as well as the exam.
     

  • You will need a webcam, microphone and speakers and will be required to join the Zoom meeting showing your face while you are taking the exam. Some people do this on their phone to free up the computer for the exam. There may be others scheduled at the same time, so please mute yourself until it's your turn to speak.
     

  • You are not allowed to use anything as a reference such as your phone, internet, study notes or even a smart buddy!
     

  • Have your ID handy as we will need to confirm identity.
     

  • You will need to have an account on www.certiport.com. Test your login information out just before exam time to be sure you have the correct email and password.
